The staff was friendly. The bed was squeaky and noisy and the pillows were lumpy. The room was fairly clean but had some mold in the bathroom. The breakfast room was not clean and had meager offerings so I did not eat there. The coffee was extremely weak and was more like tea.

We booked this hotel because it states it has an onsite restaurant, IT DOES NOT !, There is a physical restaurant there but it has been closed for some time and the staff says it is closed until further notice. Our activities for the day were significantly delayed because of this.Their site details need to be updated to reflect this.

AVOID iat ALL COST!!!The “dog room” we “had” to use due ro me having a cert service dog smelled like cat piss, old dog and one dirty comforter …Had to put it in the bathroom & shut the door due to its odor. Yellow stained towels were useless. The noise at 1:00 am - 5:00 above our room was NON STOP ..THere are other hotels in the area.

You get what you pay for

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The floors in our room were absolutely disgusting, like they hadn't been cleaned in months. We had to wear socks the entire time because you could feel the dirt on the floor with your bare feet. There was long black hairs on the pillows, pretty sure there is mold growing in the bathroom above the shower, shower head rusted and leaking, and the shower curtain was filthy and way past in need of changing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I guess the only positive thing I could say about this place is that it has hot water and the free ice is a plus.
