This was our 2nd time to stay. It gets 3 stsrs because the rooms and bathrooms are HUGE! This is an older hotel, not as clean as we would have liked. Walls are thin! Heard the alarm, conversation, and TV next door. I had one staff person that checked us in that was pleasant and the other woman acted as though she did not want to help or that I was bothering her when I checked out. Don't know if we'll ever be back in Shreveport, but if so, we'll probably stay somewhere else.

The machines are gross and the pictures are from early 2000’s on the website. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. The water was also on and off.

This was our first time going to Shreveport and we had a nice time. The property is a little dated but it was well kept and clean. The restaurant/ coffee shop was really good. Pricey but that is expected at a casino resort. We had a really nice view from our room, the casino was a little small. Overall a nice place and would visit again.
