I live downtown Halifax, so I am a local. I was attending an event our company held there last Saturday. On Friday evening I was invited to have dinner with our a huge leader in the company so myself and many others decided to stay and have the full experience for the weekend. Parking was insane! Very inconvenient! SO Expensive for 24 hours with a hotel room it was 42$ Checking out at the proper time, having our luggage held at the desk all day Saturday to attend the event held on the property. Room cards, worked once and then needed to be reactivated. Very inconvenient again. Dinning was hit and miss, with an event they were very overwhelmed and understaffed. For most folks we reverted to the Airport for meals for options and better timing. Late night dinning and drinks, communication with service was very confusing , we had a private table of 10, most of us had to go to the bar to order. Waiter defensive, when approached almost argumentative . I am just very grateful the company that has rented the event room, and had several of us book rooms, we belong to Superpatch ! An incredible company, and when you are frustrated, unserved, inconvenienced, we have these amazing patches that can help us get through these very frustrating moments :) #peacepatch #freedom #superpatch #focus #coffeedeprived #joypatch #joinmypositivevibe #thatswhyyougotathree
