Room was very clean and spacious, and staff were friendly. A great bonus that an airport shuttle is included. I didn’t really enjoy the options at breakfast which is the only reason the stay isn’t a 5-star rating.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel and room. Only negatives I have are that the lighting in the room uses very bright cold white light bulbs, which is a bit harsh and shower water pressure was very poor.

The room was clean and spacious, I stayed in a king bed, single room. There were no extra toiletries such as extra toilet paper just what was on the roll. There was shampoo and conditioner that was in the shower, and hooked to the wall. It was extremely difficult to dispense. (I had packed hair conditioner, but did not pack shampoo hoping I could find that in the room, which I did, but I could hardly get anything out of the dispenser. There was an ironing board and iron, which was nice). Staff was friendly enough. Absolutely enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel just down the way from the front desk. Those people were very hospitable, and the food was quite good. Their hours, to accommodate late arriving guests, or excellent! The thing that was difficult was to find a place to park and unload my luggage from my rental car. After checking in , I had to drive up to the front, unload my luggage at the front door, go to the room, put it in there and then go back out and find a place to park the car. I am a female, traveling alone and it wasn’t the easiest to juggle. It was cold and icy out there, however, the front and walkway area was well salted. Checked in around 10:45 PM 😊 — Lynda
