Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made.

Nice stay for a family with kids

Good hotel with big sweaming pool pools and awsome aquapark. The kitchen and beverages are nice. Standard rooms could be bigger, and the pool disco sound is way too loud for spectators.

lobby large, comfortable -although i booked a family room with sea view, there are no sea view rooms in hotel room air conditioner -elevators are insufficient. shower heads are faulty. buildings are old. wardrobe and hangers are useless. beds are uncomfortable. room cleaning 1 in 2 days. many mosquitoes bar n/a -depressing and dull. can’t see the pool and the outside. concerts, dances and entertainment are aimed for foreigners and are of poor quality drink n/a -all alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks are of poor quality and diluted food morning mince pie -bad. potatoes, pasta, chicken, noodles, pizza and onion rings etc. base for every meal. cakes, desserts and the oils they use are of poor quality landscape n/a -complicated and convoluted beach long and wide beach is clean, tidy and quiet. by far the best of Titreyengöl -sunbeds are plastic but the cushions they put on them are sufficient sea clean -during 10 days of my stay, i didn’t see a day without waves, wind and swell pool pools allocated for adults, children, babies and slides are sufficient -disinfection is insufficient alacarte n/a -cat hair on the chairs. food arrived 1 hour later and wrong. kebab and pistachio baklava were very bad quality disco n/a -insufficient internet, safelock and doc are paid. Turkish coffee is made only in a single bar. hotel’s para boats are very close to the shore and pass quickly, dangerous for swimmers and poses a wave problem. disgusting music they play at full volume.

Pegasos World

It is our second time here and we love it. The big downside is the shop by the pool, there are no prices on anything and the man behind the till just charges what he feels like and is very expensive. Pegasos World either need to tell the shop owner to price everything with reasonable prices or get rid of him and his shop and get someone else in before they get too many negative reviews. Anyone going should take pool inflatables etc as they are a rip off. Apart from shop it's a great resort. The shop is letting it down.

Mattresses let stay down. Also paying for Wi-Fi and safe expensive. Teenagers getting drunk turning their wristbands inside out so bar staff thought they were older. Spoilt the evening experience. This was my 4th visit not sure I’d return again. Apart from my negative comments above I still think it’s a lovely place

What an amazing hotel!!! I honestly do not have one complaint and can not wait to return next year. Every detail is covered by the staff - in particular one staff member really stood out and made our holiday that extra bit special, Oguz, with his warm smile and happy welcome each morning nothing was too much and he always went the extra mile to help us and make us more comfortable or make my 4 year old laugh! Will definitely be coming back next year! X

Never again at this hotel, because of: Getting fired from dining table when dining time is over; Cheaper and worst drinks on the market; WiFi isn't working, even if it is extra paid for; Products ending service before the end of service time so their answer is same everyday like SORRY CAKES OVER; No responsibility if the transportatin lates a few hours I made a reservation misled the hotel's beautiful pictures on the internet but have not satisfied the hotel's services and staff.

Great family hotel, very BIG and clean.

Water slides and blue flag was the reason to choose this hotel. Very big and something for everyone. Make sure you have euro or Turkish lira! ( dealing with Turkish lira made it cheaper for lots of staff generally in Turkey) Hotel doesn't deal with Au dollar!

Otelde ikinci kez çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Yine kendimizi her açıdan çok rahat ve keyifli hissettik. Tesis oldukça büyük ama buna rağmen her zaman temizdi. Çok fazla etkinlik ve imkân sunuluyor, bu yüzden sıkılmak neredeyse imkânsız. Animasyon ekibi gayet sempatik ama asla rahatsız edici değil. Blok 3’te zemin katta küçük teraslı bir aile odasında kaldık. Bizim ihtiyaçlarımız için tamamen yeterliydi. Yemek konusunda çok fazla seçenek sunuluyor. Gün boyu ve akşam yemeklerinde yeterince çeşit mevcut. Personel genel olarak çok başarılıydı, fakat özellikle bir kişiyi ayrıca belirtmek isteriz: Sayın *Doğuş Ali Albayrak*. Kendisi her anlamda profesyonelliği, güler yüzü ve yardımseverliğiyle tatilimizi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Her zaman hızlı, dikkatli ve nazik hizmetiyle bizi çok etkiledi. Böylesine özverili ve misafirperver bir çalışana sahip olduğunuz için otel olarak çok şanslısınız. Kendisine buradan özel olarak içten teşekkür ediyor ve sevgilerimizi iletiyoruz. Hotellet var for stort for oss. Ble for mye folk og mas. Ble stresset hver gang vi skulle spise. Lite info om hvordan ting var npr man sjekket inn. Brukte 3-4 dager på å finne ut. Maten var kjempe bra, skliene og bassengene også. Håndkle mafian var også et problem her. Jeg lå ute hver dag fra kl 07 og da var det nesten ingen ledige senger. Sengene var tomme i 3-4 timer. Helt tragisk av hotellet at det er lov. Fikk ferie når man må ha på vekkerklokka for å få en solseng.

Vi hade en underbar familjevistelse på Pegasus Word i Side. Hotellet överträffade våra förväntningar på alla sätt. Rummen var rymliga, rena och bekväma, med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam, alltid redo att göra vår vistelse så trevlig som möjligt.

Hotellets faciliteter var också imponerande och perfekt anpassade för familjer. Poolområdet var stort och välskött, med en separat barnpool som våra barn älskade. Det fanns alltid tillräckligt med solstolar och skuggiga platser. Restaurangen serverade utsökt mat med ett brett utbud av rätter att välja mellan, inklusive barnvänliga alternativ. Vi uppskattade särskilt de temakvällar som erbjöds.

Läget var perfekt, med bara en kort promenad till stranden och nära till lokala sevärdheter och shopping. Vi kände oss verkligen bortskämda och avslappnade under hela vår vistelse.

Vi rekommenderar varmt [Hotellets namn] till alla familjer som letar efter en avkopplande och minnesvärd semester i Side. Vi ser fram emot att återvända snart!
