We loved the executive room access, the pool and the steam rooms. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t filled, so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Unfortunately, we stayed here twice, about a month apart. Both times the pool was quite cold (not sure if that's normal or not, but the staff at the pool area made mention to us about how cold it was, so assume it isn't normally) and also the hot tub was out of action both times. Sauna and Steam Room didn't seem to get very hot, either. Other than that, which was part of the main reason we booked the accommodation, it was pretty good. Rooms were nice, nice restaurant and bar area with reasonable prices, easy access to / from Heathrow Airport on public buses. Staff were all super friendly! Would happily stay again, but be nice if the pool area facilities were all operating properly.

It was a good stay. But I'm surprised and disappointed that an airport hotel doesn't have a free shuttle tot he airport. I understand that there may be some local laws I'm not aware of--but the hotel could do a better job of lettering guests know what the best and cheapest options are.

We were just here for one night after a late flight. All we needed was a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately some piece of machinery behind the aircon grate rattled loudly all night, regardless of whether the air conditioning was on or off in the room.

Do not stay at this hotel if you are doing an overnight from the airport. The airport hopper does not service the hotel instead they ask you to get off at the Radisson Blu and walk-through two very shady parking lots. I did this at 11 o’clock at night with a child not SAFE. I had messaged the hotel the day before asking about transportation from the airport and nobody replied. We will never stay at Marriott Airport Heathrow again. We will stay at Radisson blue which is serviced by the hotel hopper bus.
