Unfortunately I booked the wrong night. They were unable to accommodate us after a very long flight as they were completely booked. The front desk said they could refund us and to just have expedia contact them rather than doing it there- expedia tried contacting them for two days with no luck. I wish they were a bit more accommodating after such a long flight/day with kids in tow. We ended up eating at their restaurant while trying to make other arrangements for a stay elsewhere. The staff was friendly but the food was not great and very expensive. The green beans tasted fishy, the chicken was rubbery and after we noticed ants on the table we left. We ended up staying next door at Staybridge which I believe is their sister property. Much cleaner and staff was very nice.

The hotel is centrally located in relationship to the London Heathrow airport. Taking the Happa hotel bus was easy to the location. You can buy your tickets in advance. The Holiday Inn rooms were comfortable and clean. We ate lunch and a small dinner. The food was acceptable. Prices are high due to the exchange rate when compared to American money. That is to be expected and was not a deal killer. There are also is an express bus on the half hour from the hotel directly to terminal two and three.I found this to be extremely convenient. I don’t believe this is your normal holiday and it seems to be a step up. I would definitely book this again.

Excellent stay, very comfortable room. Quiet even though its close to Heathrow. No plane noise at all. The restaurants were very good lots of selection. Breakfast buffet had European and UK options, very good The restaurant staff were very attentive it was nice to see happy smiling faces. So friendly. We will stay there again.
