After staying at the Staybridge next door - very disappointed with the staff and limited offerings at the Holiday Inn. Asked for a room away from the elevator... was placed next to the elevator. Noise most of the night. Restaurant on site was expensive - breakfast not included with the room. Would not stay here again. Found the Holiday Inn at T4 to be much better.

I’m sad that I was charged twice. I paid via Expedia and had to pay a further £87.00 on arrival. Told unable to refund me, and would investigate and be sent in 7-10 business days. Be careful of these hidden fees or charges which amounts to nothing more than fraud! Hotel was lovely though.

This hotel is close to the airport which makes it convenient for early or late flights. The bar and restaurant have excellent staff that are friendly & helpful in making your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. We have used this hotel several times and we will be using it again. Even though it is close to the airport we were not bothered by noise.

Very disappointing

Booked weeks before our stay and requested and end of corridor room on a high floor as I’m a light sleeper. Tried several times to ring the hotel on our arrival date to check if my request had been taken into account … 9 calls over a 25 minute duration to get through. Despite calling the hotel number, my call kept forwarding to the Staybridge Suites next door, their sister hotel. Arrived for check in and went to our (nearly end of corridor room) only to find that the stench of stale water was overwhelming. Phoned reception and was allocated a similar room on the same floor, almost next to the lift so we ended up with countless interruptions from lift bells and noisy guests. A disappointing stay to say the least and one I won’t be in a hurry to repeat.

Great airport stay, would absolutely recommend

Room large in size , clean and perfect for airport stay. Food was so good and great value for hotel! Was so impressed with options and quality, pizzas were great, like Italian restaurant, not hotel!
