Room was nice and clean but the 24/7 room service was terrible. We called for service about 4:00pm. We were told someone would call us right back, we waited an hour then walked down the road to the Holiday Inn and had dinner. Two hours after we returned, someone called us back. Hotel is close to the airport but it was 8 miles by car to get there. No hotel shuttle, it was a bus, that you had to pay for that stopped at other hotels. Very long wait and long drive. Would not stay here again.

Adequate, comfortable overnight stay with nice breakfast before flying from LHR. Although rooms are tight with very soft mattresses. Weather turned hot for London and if the room had AC we could not get it to work.

We stayed at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport on June 13, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is currently undergoing construction, which created a loud and disruptive environment—especially in the bar and dining area, where the noise was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax or enjoy a meal. Worse yet, the air conditioning in our room was not working. When we called the front desk for help, we were told there was nothing they could do beyond what we had already tried. Staff initially refused to come check the issue, saying they were "busy" and not mechanics. Only after we insisted did someone come, but they were unable to fix the problem. We were offered either a fan or a different room—after midnight—despite needing to leave for the airport at 4:30 am. Moving rooms at that hour was hardly a reasonable option. At checkout, I voiced my dissatisfaction again, hoping for at least an acknowledgment or apology. Instead, I was met with a dismissive “ok” and no effort to address or even empathize with our experience. We chose this hotel for convenience, but the lack of basic comfort and poor customer service made our short stay incredibly frustrating. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

It was a nice stay, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. They did give me the wrong times for the airport shuttle so I had to take Uber but other than that the room had everything I needed and the restaurant had good food.

I emailed the property for shuttle service and email was not helpful. Receptionist does not have cart for luggages especially for a solo vacationer like me with 2 luggages (from traveling 4 countries). I was needing help and reception people too busy. They don’t see people in the eyes to see if clients need help or too tired traveling around. They just see people checking in and out. Restaurant foods are okay and I have to wait for coffee refill then bus boy just pick up my foods I left on my table while grabbing or waiting for coffee. And you can tell I didn’t finish my breakfast food, yogurts, fruits yet.

Stayed here many times. Always friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have been updated and are very clean and comfortable. Great rates for a hotel so close to Heathrow and the extra soundproofing means you don’t even hear the airport. Buses stop right in front of the hotel and are a 5 minute ride to Heathrow for a short walk to the tube station to go into London.

Top notch stay

This hotel is lovely. Great location with friendly staff. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Hotel has a separate bar which is really nice. Shuttle service runs to the airport which was great for a 6am start.
