Paid $250+ for 1 night. First visit. Multiple loud disturbances, repeated slamming doors, yelling in hallways, in the middle of the night, 12am, 1a, 2a. Got up from bed and notified front desk multiple times. Hotel desk rep replied "if you can't sleep then maybe you should leave and go book a room at the motor lodge." I requested a refund. He said no/can't because booked through 3rd party. Can Hotels.com provide a refund or at least full credit/voucher for a future booking?
