The hotel has old and worn furniture, and chairs in the pool have holes in them. Our room have super bad smell to drainage and moist. All the water from the shower was always leaking onto the bathroom floor. They miss one day of our stay for room cleaning.

I was expecting to be blown away because it was the Westin. There was nothing that made it different than a Marriott, Hilton, or Springhill Suites. One thing that did make it different was 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, our room was not cleaned. I had a total of three rooms and one of the other rooms was not cleaned at all. I expected the Westin to be a level above the Marriott, Hilton, and Springhill Suites. I have never experienced that my room not being cleaned. The staff was amazingly nice but a little disappointed with the rooms being cleaned.

Stayed at Westin San Antonio River Walk for business and a couple of days of pleasure. Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful, from the rooms to the pool and all amenities. Extremely well situated. And all the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help make your staying an amazing experience. I strongly recommend. Will definitely go back.

Love the Riverwalk!

We had a great stay over the 4th of July. Easy access right on the Riverwalk, mid way on the waterfront so easy access both directions to restaurants and shops.
