Stayed for one night with my wife on long drive from Banff towards Vancouver. Staff were great, very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. It’s a five minute walk into the hesrt of Chase which is a nice little mountain village. Recommend staying here after a long drive

Highly recommended

On the drive back from Banff to Vancouver, there's a worthwhile inn to stay at. The hotel can't be said to have brand-new facilities, but it's really clean and cozy. The staff were also very friendly and took good care of us. We could also enjoy a hearty breakfast there – it was great.

I arrived at the Chase Country Inn Motel after a long day of cycling from Kamloops. The motel itself is great (clean, comfortable, quiet) but what really stood out for me was the service. The owner/manager was both caring and highly engaging. Also, the breakfast I was served the next morning before getting back on my bike (on the way to Revelstoke) was awesome - especially the hot-out-of-the-oven croissants!

Some improvement needed

The hosts were friendly and quick to bring us things that were missing from our room - a piece of furniture and kitchen linens. We discovered an infestation of bugs in one corner of the room and the host was quick to remove them and treat the area. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We were surprised that there was no noise from the highway which runs right beside the property. There was no stove in the kitchenette but the single coil hot plate was adequate for our needs. The breakfast menu had five options, one being wonton soup. No consideration was given for substitutions to meet dietary needs. Fruit included with the meals was very minimal.

Very quaint and charming community. Our room was a little dated, but well kept and comfortable. We did find a cobweb in the corner, but thankfully no spider with it lol. A hair dryer would have been nice. We were so nicely greeted. Such a lovely lady working the check-in. Made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was wonderful. You can choose from five different breakfast options. There is a falls about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If staying there, it is worth checking out as it is truly a hidden gem. We had a picnic supper there. Thank you! Would stay again.

Excellent value

Everything you want after a long day of travel. Comfy beds, hot bath water, powerful AC - a bit loud but we didn't mind it and it blocks the traffic noise which isn't actually bad. To top it off, a lovely breakfast with several choices including won ton soup.
