We had a very nice stay overall. While I do understand people traveling with their beloved pets , I don’t understand why those with pets and those without pets must be in the same part of the hotel. We went to sleep listening to a barking dog and woke up a barking dog. During breakfast there were dogs in the dining area.

BEWARE!! This hotel has terrible customer service and Its run by thieves who are waiting to rob you. I made cancellable reservations but unfortunately we went pass 1 day and had to cancel due to my child being sick .I called the hotel personally to explain but the lady at the front desk was so rude and refused to even listen . I explained I was ready to provide a doctors letter but she did not care, this is not expected from a Hilton brand. I understand no show where the first night is charged but this is ridiculous they took the entire stays amount and even charged me fees for services we did not use . Expedia did not help either . Parents with little kids beware of this policy and stay away .

Last minute booking. The hotel was in a great location with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and the room we had was big. When we got in the room there was a wet spot in the rug I assume was dog pee. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and the shower knob was falling off. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper every day and fresh towels twice. This hotel has great potential. Also, after staying for two nights they locked our card keys. The front desk said it was because I had to pay the pet stay fee. I said that’s funny I don’t have a pet and I checked in two days ago.

Location was fantastic for our visit to Lake George. Close to all the major attractions and there were plenty of dining options close by. Complimentary breakfast was the usual fare, was well stocked, and the time offered from 6am to 10am was probably one of the most generous we have encountered. Facilities was well maintained and clean throughout. Nice size suite rooms made for a comfortable staying experience. Super friendly and helpful staff made the entire experience one of the best we have had. Thank you!
