Bed bugs

There was a few house keeping issues noted the first night which were addressed by staff the next day. We noticed our second day that we were being bitten by bed bugs and the hotel has yet to address this!

It's Beale Street, so there are always "street people", etc around. But then, you should already know this if you are booking a room down here, so no surprise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was handicap accessible seemingly designed for people with wheelchairs. The window covering could not be opened for sunlight so room very dark even with lamps on. The faucet in sink sprayed out water when used. The shower was open allowing water on floor outside of shower area, which posed a safety concern. I am all for people with handicaps being accommodated and made comfortable, but if a space is designed for that purpose then use it for them. I feel my experience was lessened due to the conditions.

Noisy but nice

Absolutely great location! My only complaint is noise. They did make this known upon check in with a sign that stated it was in a loud area, I feel like families should be made aware of this if thinking of booking here. So…. If looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t it. But if looking for a good location, this may be it!
