Probably the worst run staff and customer service in the US. Second time staying here even worse this time. Tried to move reservation & they charged me twice and hung up on me after hours of trying to resolve it. I even paid for the insurance to cancel when initially purchased & they still told me I’m out of luck. Thanks for stealing my $136. I’d recommend everyone stay away from flag staff entirely.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN! HORRIBLE STAY FOR MANY REASONS. UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO AMENITIES. THIS HAS TAINTED MY PERCEPTION OF HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AND WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ANYWHERE ON OUR TRAVELS. THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE IT A TRY......BIG MISTAKE.

Very courteous staff, clean room with comfortable beds, nice to have 24/7 access to either coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Breakfast didn't look bad but I wasn't able to grab any before they closed at 09:30.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable with enough pillows and covers. The breakfast was standard hotel quality. The only drawback was the noise. Thin walls and doors that didn't seal well meant you heard everything going on in the hallways.
