Repeat customer…love this location!

Came to Flagstaff to move our daughter into the dorms (Go, Lumberjacks!). This was our second stay at this location. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Continental breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. Just a stone’s throw away from campus and shopping. Will definitely be back again soon.

Drew the dreaded chaise lounge in the room. Never comfortable. Hate those. Surprise $7.50 parking fee at an HIE! NOT an urban location. No prior disclosure that I saw. No reason for the fee other than more $ for the owner. 3rd HIE property this week and all 3x failed to connect the wifi when password was entered properly. It appears there has to be a handshake with corporate which failed 9 of 10 times. It is 2025 ... get a better IT team. Please.

Standard holiday inn quality. It was a stark reminder even as a IHG MEMBER, reserving through Expedia forfeits all your membership perks. I watched a non Expedia reservation get asked if they wanted late check out and preferred floor but when I asked for the same I was told since I reserved through Expedia, those perks were not available. In most cases the online IHG price is the same as Expedia. Lesson learned.

One night in Flagstaff

We decided to stop into Flagstaff as our daughter will be attending NAU in the fall. We wanted to check out the location and chose to stay overnight at this hotel. We were very impressed. The parking was great. The location was nice. The hotel and the room were all very clean! The room was very nice and quiet! We also had a great view of the mountains from our room window. The breakfast was great and the price was definitely within our budget. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you so much!
