I visited Junipine 20 years ago with family and our stay was incredible. This visit was with a friend and we also enjoyed our stay immensly. Our room was actually a villa with a full kitchen, large living area, two fireplaces, large bathroom area with 2 counters and sinks, and a loft bedroom with a large skylight. The deck was large and peaceful, you can hear the creek and see trees and the canyon walls. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and beautiful.

I will be taking my family here every summer. There was poor communication from the front desk - they NEVER answered the desk phone when I called with questions before my arrival, but the property and location is unbeatable and the restaurant on site made the BEST burgers.

I love how secluded the property was and the size of the units. Its not super clean though which i can overlook because of the location. I woukd stay there again for a reasonable price. They didnt give me the bottle of wine that came with the silver member status tho lol

We started in Cabin 9, which was a little worn and the refrigerator stopped working. We notified the office and they came right away and tried adjusting but no go, so they offered to move us to Cabin 14 which was updated and bigger. They were all very helpful and the place was very serene relaxing! Thank you

Our experience in this place offered a welcome respite from the fast-paced and demanding urban environment. The opportunity to rejuvenate and heal, even for a brief period, was invaluable, and we regret not extending our stay. We checked into this property, received a parking pass and keys. No mention of VIP perks. We went to our room and were thrilled - it was super nice and had an amazing view. Then we realized there were bugs everywhere. I called the front desk and the woman said “oh yes, housekeeping told me about that. Do you want me to send our guy?” Of course I did. You knew about the bugs and didn’t do anything about it?! So a man comes with a vacuum, but he immediately tells me we would probably continue to have problems because of the recent rain and a “hatching” that had just occurred. He offered to move us and I agreed after specifically asking if the room would be exactly the same. He said yes. So we went back to the front desk, got a new parking pass and keys. Still no mention of the VIP status. We went to our new room and … not the same at all. There were fewer beds, no view (we overlooked the parking lot), smelled like mildew, had blankets with holes and stains, included a tiny shower/bath, had a much smaller kitchen, and had cleaning supplies piled up outside in the front. I was so disappointed. I reserved this room as a special surprise for my sister and nephews and this was so disappointing. My sister and I went back to the front desk and were told “housekeeping had gone home and there was nothing they could do.” So, basically, we were stuck. My VIP status was never recognized and, to top it all off, my shower was sooooo cold.
