Compare Ski Hotels in Southwest Alabama

There was no breakfast included in the stay at the hotel. There was a Resturaunt that was overpriced but we did not eat there. Parking was not free either. There was a fee for the parking of an extra 15/day self park or 22 for valet

Wonderful location

I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking.

The room was clean, comfortable, delivered above expectations. The staff as always was courteous and over all a great customer experience
