The property was great! It was awesome to be able to stay right on the beach! We were able to just get up and go out and enjoy the beach. Also shopping and food in walking distance.

This hotel was a complete joke, and we're local so we know. The entire stay was chock full of barking dogs, scaring the children in the lobby, being walked around where they were told not to be, and keeping everybody awake ALL NIGHT. The dogs on our hall barked ALL night, we told management the first night to please ask the owners to do something and quiet this down, we are there to relax, and nothing changed, it got worse. Horrible. Great bartenders, nice staff, bad carpet stains in our expensive room. We were promised no parking charge and were charged one night's worth, and I want my money back!

The Hampton Inn was a quiet and clean place. Nice pools and a beachfront property as advertised. Close to dining options and easy parking. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare.

Hampton Inn is normally the best bet for a quality hotel but our experience at this location was not up to standard at all. Number one right on arrival we were down graded. They say it was because the room we booked online were overbooked . Who knows. The front desk said she would wave our parking fee but that fee showed up on our bill at the end of the trip. Secondly, I was not able to take a hot shower. The water never got hot for me and it was very unpleasant. The soap dispenser on the body wash was broken off too. Thank goodness we brought our own. Then dried off with a very rough to the touch towel. When making a call to the front deck the cord on the phone fell right off. The fridge in room was not cold enough to store food or drinks. The thermostat battery died and we couldn’t adjust the temperature of the room. The room key stoped working several times and we had to go get it reset. The Hot tup water was not hot. It was like bath water. And the pool desk really needs to be upgraded and cleaned. Longboards drinks were very pricey and were not good. Not worth the premium price for the lack of attention and quality of the stay.

My overall experience was good .Although i thought i booked another room with a view ,we didn't but it was fine. It was pretty clean and most of the staff was nice, we had a few that had attitudes because the room key kept going out and we had to keep going to the desk to get them replaced. The ice machine didn't work on our floor so we had to go to another one to get ice. The shower holster was loose.The beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The location was great for walking to places to shop and eat so overall it was good and I'll go back especially for the beach,i just would book a different room with a view and a balcony.
