Great area ! The staff was respectful and friendly . The hotel is in the strip with everything! It. The only problem ai had was the bathroom it definitely need to be updated , the ruble was pealing and the water was warm not hot . The bathroom is a big deal for me it had to be up to part. Other than that my stay was great !

Just an ok stay!

The place was very convenient to everything. We had 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms was ok, but the 2nd room had an ungodly smell that would keep reappearing after being sprayed down. On checking in, the lady was real nice, you get a 95 for customer service. Now che cking out, sir you get a negative 1. Even though the customer ahead of me was rude, I tried to make hia day better by smiling and being friendly but he still was grumpy. Give him some CS training be cause he should have known how to separate his feelings between customers.

It had a nice big parking area for my 28 ft boat I traveled with. The Continental breakfast was very nice and satisfying. Check-in was quick and easy.

The property was in great shape to be remodeled and the staff were very friendly, I really have known complaints but please replace all the irons the one I had did not work and the second one that came out another room worked but did not hold water so that is really a small fix, we will definitely be back again one day room was nice and spacious and the bed was really comfortable 😊

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was incredible and the accommodations they made for my handicap Mother was outstanding. Upon my own failure to notify them, they still were able to give us a handicap room upon arrival. They went above and beyond. The complementary breakfast was so enjoyable. The lovely lady who prepared the food was so kind as well. I’m very grateful for the wonderful lady who checked us in when we first got there.

Husband came home on a surprise.

The hotel is located in a great place lots of things to do around. The price was perfect for my husband coming home last min. The pool was amazing breakfast was great. Room was nice,bed not so much. Overall it was very nice,friendly staff and a hello and good day from all direct staff contact. Sometimes that's all you need a warm greeting and a Smile 😊

The location was not in the safest area. No elevator, and no mention in booking. It was difficult to carry all our heavy stuff up flights of steps. Room felt muggy, humid, and smelled like mildew. Not enough blankets and pillows. Refrigerator did not work. The only upside was that the room was cold.
