This hotel is much nicer than I expected. The hotel is right on the beach and loved their lobby, although their lobby is on the 4th floor. You park on the first 3 floors, then take the 4th floor to the lobby. We ate breakfast on our way out and it did cost but it was very nice. It came with biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon, fruit, cereal and honestly so, so much more. The beds were comfortable to be hotel. It’s not like my bed at home but it’s better than any other hotel bed I’ve slept in for the past two years. Some of the rooms face the ocean and have a balcony. Ours did not face the ocean but we were only staying on our way to Florida. The television was easy to use. I’ve been at places were the channels are hard to navigate. All in all, I loved this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

The staff from the desk to the cooking and waiting staff were extremely nice and attentive. The breakfast was great and well priced. The girl taking care of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was friendly, hard working and remembered our names from a quick conversation the day before.

The breakfast was awesome! The customer service was great! The room amenities not so great! Coffee maker was broken...locked my purse in the safe and it malfunctioned. Had to call maintenance to get it out. Parking was expensive and breakfast was pricey but well worth it if you eat a lot. Wanted an ocean view. Received a partial view with a messed up side of tge property tgat looked likexa leftover hurricane destruction. Think we will try another place in the future.

The property itself was nice however they hide the fact that breakfast is not included but a seperate charge until the end of your dining experience. The A/C was not working and it got so hot and humid in my room i had to open the front door to the hallway just to get some air flow into the room.
