We arrived early and looked at the place. It looks pretty scary from the outside, so we just ate the room cost and drove on to Cache Creek. Its possible that the inside was better, but there was no one to show us the room at 1ish in the afternoon.

Clean and comfortable. Great pit stop on a girls motorcycle trip. Milo’s taxi was perfect to get us to the Fort Beren winery. Excellent wine

We went by the reviews instead of the rating, but should have done the reverse. The beds were hard, the blankets had holes in them. The baseboards and corners were dirty, and the carpets felt grungy. There was a bunch of long black hair attached to the bathroom door. The fan was like a jet engine taking off. Lovely views out the window though.

It’s a simple hotel. But it’s super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Kind of a typical small town hotel. I loved it. Was in town on a motorcycle ride. The management is pleasant. Within a hearty walking distance (25 minutes each way about) is a beautiful old wooden railway bridge.
