Everything was ok. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Our only issue was the snow had not been plowed or shoveled. We are in our 60’s and had our dog with us who is also old and it was hard to navigate. Especially walking him to go potty.

Room was nice, and being tucked back in a corner, was quiet for a front row room, close to a main street. The staff was very nice and the coffee was good. Breakfast was good, but the waffle iron needed to be cleaned. I couldn't use it. It was fun staying in a classic Route 66 hotel, with lots of photos from the 'good ole' days'. My only issue was there was no comforter or heavy blanket for the cold nights. I had to turn the heater way up to sleep. Other than that it was fine.

The room was very old, but not in a good way. The bed slumped into the middle. I fought all night to not roll into my husband. The fridge and heater made awful LOUD sounds all night. The room we booked was under maintenance, and this was the room they changed is too. Would never go back. Only saving grace, the staff was kind.

It’s an older historic hotel so keep that in mind. We had some issues with the rooms but the staff was amazing and helped us and gave us proper accommodation for our needs.

Check in and out were a breeze, no issues with any services in the room. The "suite" portion with the futon/bunk bed situation was a bit below expectations but overall the room was cozy and well appointed, especially for the price.

What a great experience with the staff at this location. From check in to check out all was easy and quick. The breakfast was good, the coffee was ehhh not the best and the variety was there. It is a small eating area so it can get crowded fast. The rooms were clean and didn't smell. We were toward the front so you could heat the traffic on the roadway but not enough to keep you up at night. This is an older establishment so the walls are on the thinner side. The property itself felt safe and I had no issues staying there with my family. All in all I would recommend staying here!

Parking was very safe and well lit. The unit was the family unit with a full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk beds as well as a king bed. King bed is on its last sleep, very hard and the full size bed wasn't even a mattress bed it was a futon cushion. The twin looked brand new. Epic failure on the full size bed. If it weren't for those 2 issues this place would have earned 5 stars in most categories.
