No Problem with hotel, but real problem with Expedia. When booking a nonrefundable room I expected that if I booked far enough in advance I would still get a refund or at least a credit for further stays as with most hotel reservations. Unfortunately due to an unexpected illness we has to book and cancel twice. Total charges from Expedia were $1400 for the two stays. No refund of any kind. I will never book through Expedia again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed. Plus, the location couldn't be better — it was just a short walk to downtown, making it easy for us to explore the shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We had a fabulous stay. It is walkable distance to the Main Street and Fort. Room was large and the staff was phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel for your St. Augustine visit.

There was hair in one of the beds when we opened it. It’s good, we had 2 beds so we just used one bed. The facial tissue in the bathroom was wet. Soap scum in the shower handles. Didn’t complain as we are so tired, we just used one bed instead of two, and ordered another box of facial tissue, which they provided.

Our room had a (OK, closed) door separating from our neighbors' room but it was as if we were sharing a single room, the four of us, two couples !!!! We could even hear our neighbor breathing. That's not what is normally called "privacy". This has been most annoying.
