The hotel is elegant and spacious. The rooms are larger than normal (we got the last room on the end and it overlooked the river, beautiful!!!!) For what we got the price was not bad! What i didnt know about until we got here is that they charge $35 per night to park your car in the deck connected to the hotel. The parking spots were very small and deck does not have proper signage to tell you that you are going backwards in the deck. Fortunately it did not have a lot of cars so i was able to turn around.

Our stay was good the hotel was good but tub was peeling paint and the room had a wet mildew smell to it . Coming off the elevator the halls smelt great but walking down the hall way and in the room the mildew smell was pretty strong . The hotel lobby was really nice with restaurants and snack area and location is close to the daily place and Arena and right on the river .

Under staffed

It's a very nice hotel but very understaffed in some areas. Valet parking was backed up when we arrived & no place to pull in. When we called for our car the next day it was a 60 minute wait. So got the key & walked to garage to get it ourselves. The restaurant Tavern has only a couple of wait staff. Took a long time to get a late lunch and evening cocktail.

All staff members were excellent from check in to the wait staff. Our suite on the 19th floor had a beautiful view but the sofa was covered with a sofa cover (outdated) and it smelled like a wet dog. The bed was comfortable
