It was really nice, though our room in 1249, the bathroom door did get stuck a few times. I think someone should fix that before someone actually can’t get out. But other then that, it was really comfortable and clean

Perfect location for a concert at The Florida Theater. Parking garage directly across from main entrance. Check in extremely easy with professional service even permitting an upgrade when requested. Lovely place to stay for a night on the town.

This hotel is way overpriced, I paid around $300 a night. First of all I recommend staying outside of downtown Jacksonville if possible, the downtown area is full of run down buildings, bad traffic, lots of unhoused people. This hotel has 2 buildings and a separate old, decrepit parking garage that is hard to park in, which they also charge you for. Everything is patched together with hard to navigate stairwells and hallways. Room was dark and felt very commercial. Food service was slow and food was mediocre. Was a mistake staying here.

I was surprised they didnt have any grab bars in our shower. Maybe you have to ask for a specific room that has them. Shower was warm, never really got hot.

Nice place, should utilize more staff.

Great place to stay. Only complaint, we did online check in but still had to wait in line at get our key. The check in line was 45+ minutes. Hotel only has one consistently working at reception with two others coming and going. I can’t remember waiting that long to check in ever.
