Breakfast is your regular continental, nothing special. Room seemed clean in the bathrooms and beds. The floors are dirty. Walked around in socks and they became black. AC was great in one room and not so great in our second room. Hair dryer didn't work. Our room door lock couldn’t lock as the door is warped. Storage for clothing and hanging is almost nonexistent. Location was good. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

We weren’t impressed. The room’s location was extremely poor—noise from the pool area, the nearby elevator, and people talking in the hallway made it impossible to relax. We also discovered items left behind by previous guests, which raises concerns about the level of cleaning performed by the staff. There was an earring on the headboard and a Coke bottle cap on the floor near the bed. Visually, the room was nice, but acoustically it was far below expectations. It genuinely felt as if we were trying to sleep with the doors and windows open at a busy intersection. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid for the accommodations.

Breakfast was way above expectations. Room was very clean however it's proximity to the road was too close, so the traffic noise was an issue until later at night. Bathroom had a hide-a-way door but no physical stop was installed. It was completely inserted into the wall and very difficult to get out to close for privacy. Staff was friendly and courteous

Upon checking out there was no one at the front desk and then when asked if someone could come to the front desk we were ignored. When asking again we were told to drop the keys off. I needed a printed receipt thus dropping the keys off would not suffice for me. I was disappointed in how the staff was inattentive and rude.

The room was great a breakfast area was small but efficient an had everything we needed! But what stood out for me was the staff and the manager!! We were traveling down from MD a got a flat tire when we pulled up to the hotel. We were only staying one night but the car wasn’t scheduled to be ready to the next day. He let us check out of the room late an allowed us to place are luggage in his office while we waited for our car to be ready. He went above a beyond a the staff was always doe friendly a checking in on us. If we ever are back in the area we will only stay there.
