I liked the personnel. The rooms were a long ways away to walk for a handicapped person. The restaurant was pricey and the food was not up to those prices.

So many stairs!

We booked a suite, which showed three beds (2 queen, one king). There was a also a couch pictured in the images. The suite we got was a two level suite, no bathroom on the bottom level. There were stairs only to gain access to the room, and stairs in the room itself. This would’ve been nice to know, as we had an elder with us for the trip. There was no place to put suitcases upstairs. The downstairs was too dimly lit to sit and visit.

Even though we were called the day before and was told the original room that we rented was not available for our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still wonderful. The staff was great and our grandkids had a blast in the pool!
