The hotel is brand new, the rooms are incredible and the hot breakfast was delicious I give it a 10 star, the only problem was the 2 individuals at the front desk when we arrive where incredibly incompetent especially the male, and the woman shift was coming to the end because she in a rush to leave. The problem was that the elevator was out of order and our room was on the 4th floor and that’s a problem when my wife of 66 with asthma and myself age of 70 had to luge our luggage up 4 filth of stairs whit no help, thank god that I’m a volunteer firefighter and stil in pretty good shape but my wife was not I thought she was coming to have a heart attack. I asked the 2 individual at the front desk to change our room to the first or second floor and the said that they where all booked up, but notice the guest pile that had not check in yet, but they said that they could not do this because the rooms where already assigned even do they had not arrived.both of the staff where also very rude to myself and also my daughter who was also travelling with her family. The next morning I returned my card to the front desk and told the woman that I wanted to make a complaint to management and told me she was, I told her what had happened the evening before and the guy told me that the elevator was only out that day but that was a lie because she told me that it was out for the 3 weeks and that there was supposed to have staff on hand to bring the luggage up, but when I asked no one was ava.

It was perfect. Great hotel with a pool. The continental breakfast was great unless it was for Father’s Day that added more I’m not sure but it was perfect today. Room ate clean and quiet. We did not use the pool but it’s a great think to have when you have kids. Overall we will go back. Thanks

The accommodations were perfect, the room was spotless and fitted with a king bed. The breakfast was packed with both hot and cold, you had choices. Staff were just wonderful in every way!

Unfortunately the elevator was broken so we carried luggage up 3 flights. The key card did not work on the back entrance door. The card did not work for other guests as well. After running the water for 5 minutes it was still lukewarm. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this really was not a good stay for many reasons. First, I got an email asking me to check in prior to my arrival, which I typically don’t do until I arrive but it was marked urgent. I did. Within minutes of doing so, I get a text saying that the elevator is out of service for an undetermined amount of time, and that there is no water until 5pm. My family and I (3 kids) drove and prolonged our arrival because of the lack of water. I had also booked this hotel because of the EV charger they state they have. When I arrived they only had Tesla chargers which only work for teslas EVs, so the whoek reason why I booked here wasn’t even available. My husband ended up dropping off the car at another hotel to charge. If I didn’t get that “urgent” check in, if I would have know. In advance about the lack of elevator and water and EV charger, I would have cancelled my booking. It felt like they tricked us into checking in only to then tell us all the issues at the hotel so that we had already bought in. On top of all of this, the when my husband arrived he asked for coffee and the coffee maker was out of service. this hotel was really out of commission. I had also asked for a crib for my infant and after a Telling us to our fave about the elevator, the water, the check in lady told me it would cost me 10$ for a safe place for my baby to sleep!!! She couldn’t even comp it for all the inconveniences. This place was truly unbelievable.
