Room was warmer than we would prefer, the front desk staff were kind and provided a box fan. Bed not as comfortable as we would have hoped. Otherwise, we had a great stay in a conveniently located hotel with plenty to do within walking distance from the hotel.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was a very beautiful location. Very clean and the only complaint was the elevator being slow.

The stay was great! Marsha at the front desk was friendly, happy and someone I would want to encounter at every hotel counter. The room was clean. The pool and whole hotel was clean. Only down falls we had were the beds were a little too hard and uncomfortable for our liking. An the waffle maker didnt seem to cook the waffles all the way.

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is the usual hotel breakfast which is ok at best. The hotel probably would be ok but we had a major problem. The air conditioning was out. The staff only stated turn the thermostat all the way down and that didn’t work. Some people got box fans. I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else but they refused. This caused a horrible night of sleep. The staff only said sorry in the morning and that was it. I paid for a service I didn’t receive and the staff refused a reasonable solution. I will be submitting a charge back on my credit card.
