Did not pay to eat breakfast. The temp was easy to adjust, comfortable. Room had cracked ceiling in bathroom, bug guts on the ceiling. Ceiling was looking like it could crumble at any time. Water pressure poor. Room was clean.

Great location, great staff. Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Just feels a bit unsafe in the area as a single female after dark, but that has nothing to do with the hotel or quality of the hotel. Nice, free shuttle service as well.

We booked this property because it was close to Barnes Jewish Hospital. We were there for a friends surgery. The check in process was simple and easy. Very polite people. An Applebee's is attached to the hotel, so that was convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was nice. I like a roomy shower, and it was perfect.

This hotel is starting to show wear and tear. It gets alot of traffic due to location to Hospital. The location is perfect if you are there for medical stay but there was trash all over the place outside. Makeup on the pillow and yellowed stain on comforter. The blue chair was filthy. Hair on the bathroom floor.

The bed and pillows were comfortable but not happy with the room or hotel. It was very dark, could hardly see our clothes even with all the lights on. The safe was in a closet with absolutely no lights so I couldn’t see how to open it or what was in it. The air conditioner when it went on had a loud grinding noise that kept waking me and my husband up. They try to make you happy by giving you a cookie and bottle of water at check in. But the next morning my husband went down for a cup of coffee and they said they have to charge us for that. Are you kidding. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where a coffee in the morning was free. Doesn’t make sense that an inexpensive cup of coffee that is usually a given they cant include.
