Bugs in the room was no hot water the first night of the stay no ice in the machine up on the 5th floor extra fees they say when been booked you will know them when you get there very horrible

Internet was good, Staff was on phone with family, had to wait till she got off to be checked in, surprised by breakfast had apples, oatmeal, mini muffins, 2 kinds of juice, 3 different cereals, white bread and wheat bread with grape and strawberry jelly, also had bagels with cream cheese. The milk was in a gallon jug ☹️
