Best hotel we've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and supplied with essentials like towels and even free bottles of water. Breakfast was great, with hot eggs and sausages and plenty of room to sit and eat. We plan to return there whenever we're in the vicinity.

Overall a great hotel and stay. Hotel had a shuttle which was super convenient!! Had to pay to park for a stay. Did not like that surprise, considering I had already paid for a room!

Clean, Comfortable, Great VALUE

If you want an excellent night of sleep, this is a fantastic place to stay at. 20 min walk to the Excel Center, but thry have a FREE SHUTTLE to & from that departs every 1/2 an hour. Free breakfast . Free wifi. Free pool. Free shuttle. Clean and super comfortable bed and piillows. Theres a Pub to eat at up till 10pm right inside the hotel as well. Parking as of July 25, 2025 is only $15. And its well lit as well as the building. Highly recommend.

Very thoughtful place!

This hotel went above and beyond to accomodate their extra guests for the music festival going on. They provided a free shuttle to the event, plus extended their bar hours for guests. I appreciate the consideration they gave.

Accessible room was very disappointing. There was very limited space to navigate the room on a scooter, and it was impossible to get into the bathroom with the scooter and close the door. When we first requested a shower chair, it was suggested that my friend sit on a foot stool. They eventually got us a bench, but everything was more difficult than it should be. Would not recommend.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay. The man working the desk the majority of my stay was incompetent and made multiple mistakes. First, he told me my room was not ready (which was fine because I knew I was early); however when I then told him I would be checking in late he suddenly wanted me to check in. He then informed me after running my card 3 times that my card was not working. I called the card's customer service and was informed no charged was even attempted. I returned to try again because I was told my room would be given away if I didn't check in before going to my event. My card immediately worked and the man laughed, saying he needed to reboot the system. I was given my room keys and told I couldn't go to the room because it was being cleaned. When I returned late that night and went to my room, there were guests in it! When I went back down, a different staff told me I had never been checked in. Following this ordeal, over the next 2 days I had to get a new room key more than once per day because mine would stop working. Also, the hotel ran a shuttle and the driver was very rude, made inappropriate jokes and overall was not professional.

I was visiting from Florida for a conference and stayed for three nights. Day 1 - In room 401. The noise from the backyard (or downstairs) becomes unbearable, and I called the front desk around 11pm. She kindly gave me another room (406). So I moved into 406. However, 406 was too cold, AC did not do any warming, and there was no heating. I doubled the blankets but still had bad sleep due to the coldness. Day 2 - I spent an hour in the morning moving stuff from 401 to 406, and talked with front desk multiple times on the phone. All I was trying to say was that the heater wasn't working in 406, while the front desk kept telling me that the building is in 'cooling' mode in the summer and there is no heating, which didn't explain why 401 has heating (and deflecting my concern, my uncomfortability and my question). Eventually, a radiation heater was brought to my room, but it was not very effective. I was also told that the way to heat up my room is to keep the AC off. So I kept the AC off the whole day, but the room was barely heated up (around 72 F the most). I also contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the rest of the stay. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to arrange it and decided to stay. Day 3 - A maintenance staff knocked at my door asking if the ceiling was leaking. I told her about the heating problem. She explained to me again the building is in cooling mode, and I told her that the marketing team should have notified customers in the first place.

My daughter had reserved a hotel for our stay and it was terrible - filthy. I immediately reserved a room with Raddison and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise with a variety of foods. Conveniently located to many sites. I give this hotel a 10!
