A wonderful old school resort. The hotel more than lived up to my expectations and it’s historic image.

The staff, from valet to check-in to the restaurant, were all top-notch. This is a boutique hotel, and the waterfront room was worth the extra cost. The restaurant (Azura) was similarly amazing.

We had a good stay! The room was very nice and provided many amenities, the only thing is it could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner. But the staff was very amicable and made sure we had everything we needed. The location and beach access was so convenient.

Our stay Island Grand was fantastic! I was there for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday this past weekend and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Every single staff member tnat we encountered was friendly, helpful and truly pleasant! I was honestly shocked at the amazing the customer. The hotel itself could use a little updating but that absolutely would not prevent us from returning! This place is a gem!! The Italian restaurant with live music and fantastic food, was a beautiful birthday dinner. I could go on and on. The bartender in the main lounge was THE BEST!! All of the front desk ladies that we encountered were so kind and helpful. Lee the bellman drove us in the golf cart over to dinner. He was so nice!! If you're hesitating to book Island Grand, I truly believe you will enjoy this resort, so DO IT!!! Thank me later. Thank you to everyone at Island Grand for making myy birthday weekend a memorable one!!!
