I really like the hotel had so many fun activities, but it was very overpacked because it was Memorial Day weekend when I was there. They had fireworks right on the beach, so that was also a bonus. The hotel had an amazing coffee shop right in the lobby which was my favorite part honestly because I need a good coffee when I wake up.

The area was gorgeous with lots of activities during the week...really the only thing I had an issue with is that they didn't have wash clothes or very few. The staff that cleaned the rooms didn't speak very much English so it was hard to communicate what you needed. Also there was so many things included in ur stay but nothing was explained to you. Pretty much had to figure it out yourself. I figured it out by my last 2 days there because of other visitors. Other than that, my family and I had a great time!

It was a nice place to stay. Our room was clean. The service at the restaurant outside was very slow but the eaitress on the beach helped us once. Most of the time we had to go order ourselves. The piol area could havr been bigger and unless you went at 7am and claimed your chair with a towel, you couldn't get one. I didn't like that half of the pool loungers were empty most of the day but cla I med with people's towels.The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were nice.

Third year visiting. Trip was good for the most part. Pools and beach were great. Unfortunately this year while we at pool and beach we were hit with nasty weed smoke numerous times.. This is a family resort and guests should have enough respect to take that elsewhere.

Hotel was older and had a monster roach in bathroom. Beach was gorgeous and amazing but hotel needs some work. Worst thing was check-in was 4 and they didn’t get me a room until 6:15, that was so frustrating.

Overall good place lots of pools and things to do. We just had trouble with our air breaking down and first time was fixed quickly but then 2 days later it went out and took them 3 trips to front desk and 4 hours later for maintenance guy to come then we had to change rooms. Waiting in person to come transfer our stuff never showed up so we had to take all of our stuff across the complex to the new room. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. Our first room for very small for 3 people. Check-in was great . Overall cool place for the minor problems
