This property is in a beautiful area of Clearwater, however, the property itself for the $$$ amount one paid, one could have stayed at a better place. The floors were dirty, both in the room and in the hallways, the cover on the bed were torn. My daughter slept in the pull out couch, not the most comfortable sleep. Breakfast was included but minimal selection and food seemed that it had been out for a period of time. Oatmeal was dry!

The property has the best location for sunsets and beautiful views, the beach was clean the pool was heated . No food options!! Bar closes @9 Rooms are old and in desperate need of renovation. Totally not worth the asking price .. Employees tried their best to accommodate us great people.

Great place to stay, balcony was beautiful. There was a party next door at a club into the early morning both nights which made it very difficult to sleep. Would reconsider next trip with my toddler.
