Nice little motel

There was nothing wrong with the property. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy. Super close to the beach and food options. This property is super basic, more like a roadside motel, not a hotel or resort. I would stay again if my normal property preference wasn’t available.

We thought Pelican Pointe was an absolute steal for the price, location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and it’s directly across the street from the beach. It’s next door to Sally’s so we were there often. Grab a $15 rum bucket and hold onto it bc refills are only $10 as long as you bring it back. Check out the daily specials at Frenchy’s($6 cheesesteak Wednesday can’t be beat), and the Calypso Dinner Cruise was a lot of bang for your buck (arrive 30 min early bc they start food and drinks then). We also had a lot of fun at Coco’s and Shepherds Tiki and sunsets at vJimmy’s Fish House. Had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again!!

Never stayed checked in and left after inspecting the room. The property is a motel posing as a resort. I went back to the lobby to check out 30 minutes after arriving. I told the front desk person the place is not safe and dirty they misrepresented this place. She told me I needed to speak to Nicole the manager who wasn’t there at the time. I’ve been calling since yesterday to speak with her and either the phone just rings or it’s going to voicemail. I need a full refund. Having unusually activity and clothes hanging off the balcony gives an extended stay motel and a resort. I was too scared to even lay my head there one night.
