This place is amazing, steeped in the history and lore of the Island. The staff is welcoming, courteous, and very helpful. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The food, drinks, and atmosphere at the Castle Grille are beyond compare. Needless to say, I will be returning.

The staff was rude from check in to our early check out. The people in the room next to us fought loudly all night, when we complained we were told to turn the tv up. We ended up checking out a day early and going to stay at another hotel. Expedia did refund me $80 but that doesn’t make up for the two sleepless nights or my child being woken up scared by the fighting from next door. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your vacation

This was was so beautiful. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and they helped plan and book things for us to do. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
