Terrible property. Feels very unsafe. Make sure to secure your car. Supposedly undergoing renovations but I’ve read reviews saying it’s been an awhile since they’ve started renovations. People seem to be living at the property. How LaQuinta allows this hotel to have its flag is interesting. Hard pass.

It was nice, and the breakfast was good. I loved the little diner attached to the hotel. The elevator was a bit sketchy, but the room was clean, and I slept well.

The lock on out door never worked properly the entire visit. Worse the staff lied about having someone fix while we were out at the function we traveled to Stamford to attend. The lady at the front desk must have been at the end of her shift when she had her replacement give us new key cards. and it still took 40 tries to get the door to open. In addition, the hall was full of garbage on the floor. I've included a photo of a bag of garbage that was next to a can when we arrived on Thursday, and wasn't removed until just before we left on Sunday. The same for a bag of garbage that sat in the hall not far from our room

Not the most pet-friendly area... the dog "park" is minuscule, in a far corner of the parking lot, fenced in area smaller than a standard bedroom. There are no grassy areas to walk around. It shares a building/parking lot with a busy diner. And it is quite expensive, with a pet fee. The hotel was mid-remodel so that's understandable, I assume it will be nicer once complete. The staff was friendly. Overall, not a convenient location for dogs but fine enough if you're just stopping for the night passing through without pets.

Requested an accessible room because my traveling companion has mobility issues. Arrived to find we had been given a room at the far end of the sixth floor and that the only way to get to the elevator was either climbing ten steps or taking an ADA elevator that is unreliable. Staff informed us it had to be operated from the outside and if my companion needed the staff's assistance she would have to wait until they were available. In addition, the tub was so high she could not safely get into the shower. When we called to convey our issues reception did not pick up the phone for ten minutes. When we expressed our concerns they said the best they could do would be to move us to the first floor which still required either climbing the steps (which my friend cannot do) or rely on the unreliable ADA elevator and the staff, who may or may not be available to help. We were then told our other option was to check out (at 9pm at night) and find ourselves other accomodations.

Gets the job done for the price. A bit outdated, sure - you could say it had a little bit of the “nighttime rendezvous” feel at first look - but no issues at check-in, check-out, or during the stay. Easy on/off 95. Room was generally clean. No excess noise to speak of, just the regular Friday night hotel traffic. Breakfast was good enough, the basics. Stamford Diner attached too. Economy option, at least as far as this region goes ($$$)… for half the cost of its surroundings, I’m not asking for a lot. Be clean & don’t make me feel like my safety is compromised. We hit those marks without an issue. I could see myself staying here again if in the area on a budget.

The rooms were run down. Not safe and dirty. I called the front desk to inquire about changing rooms and they said - no and hung up. Plumbing pipes out of the walls! Abestos ceiling was covered in stains from roof leaks Fire alarm hanging off the ceiling Furniture old worn out Carpet old and worn out Lost money and moved to another hotel.
