Be careful of the 7 day cancellation - we booked with friends and our friends found out within 6 days that they had to attend to a very ill parent out east and the hotel would not take the request to cancel or get a gift certificate to management, simply saying "its management policy".

The hotel was excellent in some areas like coffee maker, shampoo, bed and bedding, continental breakfast and location and poor in others like room layout, coffee mate to go with Nespresso coffeemaker, updates needed. Mostly self-serve but staff we did encounter were friendly and helpful. Overall, more positives than negatives. Very convenient location and a pleasant stay.

This is the second time we habe stayed here and we love the accomodation! It is reasonably priced, cheerful and clean. The staff are amazingly friendly and nobody disturbs you unless you ask for something and when you do they go out of their way to help! We will definately be coming back to this boutique hotel!

Great spot, but only complaint. Stupid ROKU, tv streaming service, only. No tv fir live sports or any regular channel. Having to sign in to watch anything was a reason for choosing somewhere else. Should have been listed in the adverising.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it's perfectly situated walking distance from anything you might need. The staff is excellent! Very helpful and nice. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Loved the chocolates in the room, snacks in the lobby, and drinks in the room fridge. Breakfast outside the door in the morning. Great location. I’d definitely stay again. Mattress could use upgrading. Overall was very nice experience for the money.

Cute place... needs upgrades.

Cute place... needs upgrades. Bed sagged in the middle and wasn't very comfortable. Fireplace wouldn't shut off completely, and kept the room uncomfortably warm when it was 22C outside, so we had to run the air conditioning which didn't feel very eco-friendly. Breakfast box is a muffin, stale croissant and a mandarin orange, which was disappointing, but there are tons of cafes down the street. Staff were responsive via text messages.
