I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, the toilet in my room wasn’t working properly—it wasn’t draining, which was extremely frustrating and unhygienic. There was also no microwave in the room, which is surprising for the high price they charge. To top it off, one of the front desk staff members was rude and unprofessional when I brought up these concerns. I expected better service and basic functioning amenities for the amount I paid. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service.

When I booked this room on Expedia it said breakfast was included…false advertising… Also the room had a stale smell to it…we booked this because it was close to Cambrian College, It was basically a place to go to bed and leave the morning. Also a little depressing looking out the window to a homeless encampment…

We stayed 3 nights as a reference to future guests. We did not use the amenities. We did have to change rooms as the room was unsatisfactory. However the staff was very understanding, and very agreeable to our request. No hesitation to make things right. They made every effort to make us satisfied. Just a note to future guests, the rooms are more updated on the 5th and 6th floors.

Would be 4 star if it was clean

Would have been 4 stars if it was clean. The front staff was very friendly. The pool area was dated from the pictures but maintained well. The room however was extremely unclean- soiled food or fluid on skirt of bedding, walls stained, headboard had smeared boogers. Room wasnt vacuumed well, mirrors(except bathroom)and pictures were noticeably dirty. We questioned if we had new sheets as they were extremely wrinkled, but they werent stained so we hoped they were just a poor laundry maid. The hotel is noticeably making an effort to imrpove, however they need to train the cleaning staff- even the elevator the full 2 days had the same booger smear on the button panel. Better hygiene and we would stay again

Quiet, low nightly rate, in general clean except need some deep cleaning of sofas and carpet and bathroom to remove localized stains and hair residues. Overall I am very satisfied at the low Expedia discounted nightly rate of $78. I would recommend to friends to stay here and I will stay again as well
