Property and staff are great!!nice pool And they have a nice sauna. It's always an inconvenience when your hotel doesn't do free breakfast. The area isn't ideal, but they're pet friendly so I would book again.

Adequate

The room was clean and quiet and reasonable new. Featured a fridge and coffee maker, no microwave. Hallways smelled like sweaty socks. On-site gastro-pub was decent. Neighborhood...not so great. That's Sudbury.

Check-in was quick & easy. We got 2 rooms. One smelled like urine. The other had sticky carpets. In both, the bathroom doors would stick shut causing a lot of panic for the person inside. It was very difficult to open the bathroom doors without someone on the other side to help. Pool was cloudy. The restaurant took nearly 45-min to serve breakfast to our group of 7. The waitress was working hard, but there were no explanations or updates. I had to ask after 40-minutes if the breakfast was coming or not. Then the bill took another 15-min to arrive after the table had been cleared. Food was good, but I would not risk going back, especially when you’re on a set timeline.

I have stayed at this motel on several occasions and the price is right! If you are looking for an ok place to stay that is clean this is a good stay. Unfortunately it is starting to show wear and tear. Hallways are dull and need some white paint to freshen the look. Rooms are good but the bathroom is small and outdated. Also, the complimentary toiletries could be updated. A thing that would be awesome is hot fresh coffee/tea for guests in the lobby.

The room felt dirty. Air conditioning was too loud. The carpet had sticky stuff on the floor. Pillows were not very good. The safety certification on the elevator was expired and the elevator made concerning noises. Ice machine on third floor was broken. No room service sign for the door knob. In general the upkeep of the hotel felt neglected. The parking lot felt very unsafe. There were people loitering around that made us feel our vehicle was not safe. Made use feel uncomfortable.

Different vibe and clientele between check-in during the evening and the morning check-out. Felt gritty and sketchy when we arrived, but felt corporate business in the morning. Exceptional staff at all times though.

Got stuck in the elevator for over 1hr with my 2 kids ,no one was answering the call button number inside the elevator, had to scream and press the alarm.... pool lights stoped working, car got damaged in parking lot over night... the beds are terrible it was like sleeping in a wheel barrel, terrible location lots of unwanted gest traveling thru parking lot to say it nicely ....
