The restaurant is a great addition. The buffet was very good. I would have liked a coffee station in the entrance. Waiting until 7am for coffee is late. I would never use a coffee machine in the room because I don’t know when it was last cleaned. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the tv was not user friendly.

Very old, basic amenities, bathroom floor and bath dirty so that we didn't use these at all (sanitary concerns), airco in hall was too high (freezing). Breakfast was awful (no plates, no coffee, no personnel, dirty floor. The only proper areas are the check-in/out and the bar (in other words the visible public areas) Should have never pay so much for that place.

Fine, but wouldn't stay again

I was in town for 2 nights on business. Overall my stay was fine. The service was good, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel room itself was dated and fairly dark and had pretty much zero sound proofing. I was awoken at 2:30am by someone having a full volume conversation in the hallway and they might as well have been at the foot of my bed. On the plus side, the bed was fairly comfy and the TV is a fairly new smartTV so I was able to log into my streaming service account. I wouldn't stay here again, but also wasn't the worst

My room was very clean and obviously had been repainted and renewed in the recent past. The front desk staff were very friendly - check-in was efficiently done - a gift bag was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was more than adequate to satisfy the hungriest guest. Improvements that would have made my three-night stay better were: a thicker blanket on the bed, written instructions on how to turn the TV on, safety grab bar on the bathtub wall and a rubber mat to place on the bottom of the slippery tub. I was quite fearful of slipping and falling when having a shower.
