The room was clean, very roomy and comfortable. It was really nice that the shuttle could take us to the Smart Financial Centre for a concert. Didn't have to fight the traffic! Everyone at check in was super nice. I would most definitely stay again!

Room had an old vibe and smell, almost everything in the room felt old/dated, it needs renovation. Bathroom had broken tile and signs of mold that were not cleaned well, Breakfast was not refreshing, limited options, staff overworked and was on edge. I have been staying at Hyatt Place since long, many locations, won't be returning to this one in future, unless they do a renovation which is overdue! I have stayed here earlier too, it didn't feel this bad! I am a loyal Hyatt customer, but it seems like my time with you guys is now over after this super bad experience. I felt really bad for putting my family thru this experience. I'll see if you really do something about it. My wife provided this feedback to clerk at check out, she said hotel owner will contact her, no one has reached out and its been more than a week now. Super bad! You guys have really ruined it for us.

The overall hotel was nice as far as the amenities and the look of the lobby and outside area. The staff was also wonderful on the other hand. Our room was very stuffy as if the vent needed to be cleaned and we had a major leak from our shower while the shower was running that went up the whole floor other than that I had a good time
