The front desk receptionist in the evening has a horrible attitude. The hotel is dirty. There are riff raff outside and bed bugs in many rooms. They require a $300 CASH deposit? So they don't need to keep a record i assume. Shady and nasty. Do not recommend.

This hotel needs some TLC.. vents in room need to be cleaned , garbage/etc. under sofa and between cushions Also the sliding door needs to be replaced as their is a gap and the traffic sounds are so bad at night you cannot sleep Beds and pillows are very comfortable and the desk clerk (Sonia) was extremely helpful and efficient.

We stayed here for one night only because they didn't have any more dayd available. The room is a standard room was clean, comfortable, and everything was in order. We were happy to have a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Check-in was easy. The location is excellent, and they have plenty of parking for all their guests. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect for use anytime from 9:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. My daughter loves the pool. Overall, the price was reasonable considering it's summer. We will return here again next year. We were very happy with everything. Customers served was great!!

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel stay we've ever had. We checked in late and were given a room that was in unacceptable condition - it was filthy. There was no hot water in the sink, and the bathtub was completely clogged, not draining a single drop. When I approached the front desk for help, I was shocked by the response: I was told there were no other rooms available and told us to find another hotel and that they would process a refund only then. This was past midnight, and finding alternate accommodation at that hour was unreasonable and incredibly stressful. After considerable back-and-forth, the receptionist eventually agreed to a partial refund. Even if I were paid to stay here, I wouldn’t return. If you do choose to book this hotel, I strongly advise checking in early and inspecting your room thoroughly - particularly the bathroom - so that you have time to request a different room if needed.

Great location with everything within walking distance which makes life so easy !! Staffs were great !! I forgot the name of the lady staff who checked in for us and she was so accommodating !!! Overall a good experience !!! Two things I want to highlight as I went with my daughter 2 days for swimming in the evening and both the days there were no towels. We stayed for 4 nights and despite putting tag outside our room to clean the room housekeeping never took an initiative !! But overall a great day experience and I want to provide a honest feedback !! Hope management can look after this small issues 😊

Good and bad

Great location and friendly staff. It’s an older hotel so I went in with my eyes open. However in the public areas like hallways and elevator had not been cleaned or vacuumed or wiped down in a very long time! I checked the bedroom and no sign of bugs but the wall had spill stains on it below the thermostat which is impossible to miss and the shower curtain rod flopped down so water would spill onto the floor. It didn’t look like a new problem either. So it you want a cheap place this is it but if you want something nicer look somewhere else! I asked for a room on a higher floor away from noise, and I was given a room which was spacious but overlooked a busy intersection. I had a one week stay.
