Not impressed with the level of customer service. We waited for 10 minutes to check out with no one in sight and only came after we called, rang door bell, ect. The lady upon check in was rude. Would not recommend

This property may look old on the outside, but the inside is completely renovated. The sleep was fantastic. Great selection of pillows. Super soft linens. The motel is quiet. Staff is super friendly with a nice handwritten welcome. We stayed for 1 night. The only drawback was we had a guest argument in the hallway that woke us up at 1:45am but that is not the motels fault. We had 2 dogs which they said no problem. There is a $20 fee for each dog. Bonus park opposite was great for our dogs. Conveniently located near everything as it’s the downtown of Hope. Walkable. Would 100% stay here again. Very impressed.

The Windsor is going through extensive renovations which is a good thing. The room we had was renovated and was very nice. Once they are done this will be very nice. I like support hotels that are investing in improvements so I’m willing to be flexible as they go through this. There are options for food all around the hotel

Lovely room, spacious,very clean, extremely comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well stocked with cooking items, crockery and cutlery, a large fridge freezer and microwave plus hob. We definitely recommend a stay at the Windsor Motel, very good value for excellent facilities.

The property is clearly being renovated and the renovations are of a high standard. At present the front of the building is reasonable, but the back has yet to be done.

I have 30 years of renovation experience and these renovations are terrible. Noise from people on sides and above. 2 old keurig cups with no keurig maker…a full size coffee maker….ridic

We appreciate that the property has undergone some renovations. The bathrooms are beautiful and new. The rooms seem to be inconsistent in terms of mattress and linen quality as a previous stay we had new queen beds with crisp sheets. This time the beds were older doubles with dated bedding and mismatched poor fitting sheets which was much less desirable.

This motel is undergoing some updates. The rooms are really nice but the exterior really shows it's age. I expect once the interior upgrades are done the exterior will be next. A place I would come back to for another stay
