Book Sycamore and Main Street Transit Center hotels

The first room we were given had a faulty outlets that wouldn’t work, had a moldy smell, no towels and the pool had ducks swimming in it. Staff was polite but just said it’s an old place when I asked questions. They didn’t share any WiFi password. The second room was clean and had a better smell. The key fab was also old and twice we had to go to front to get it reprocessed to get into our room. The resort also did not have hot water on the 3rd morning of our stay. Had to take cold showers. I asked about it and was just told it was being fixed. I would not recommend anyone stay. They don’t compensate you with any kind of a credit. The air conditioning worked but very loud.

Secure, clean, friendly. Great bed! Walls are a little thin could hear upstairs person. No blackout in the bedroom. 2000% recommended.

We waited an hour for the shuttle after traveling for several hours. The staff were okay, not super friendly. We checked into our room and went down to the pool. The pool was not clean and it was too hot for the hot tub. I waited 30 minutes to be waited at the Hotel restaurant and then left. When we went back to our room it smelled like sewer. It made me feel so sick. I closed the bathroom door.

The hotel is not nearly as nice as they make it look in the pictures, but that isn't a surprise. We were just looking for an easy stay for a quick overnight and thought that this would be acceptable. Boy, were we wrong! The room was dirty, one of the beds didn't have a blanket, the room AC was noisy (which wasn't all bad - It at least drowned out the noise from outside that came through the very thin walls). Worst of all, they put us in a smoking room when we had very specifically reserved a non-smoking room. When we asked at the front desk, they shrugged at us and told us there was nothing that they could do. It was too late for us to leave and find another hotel (which we regretted later!), so we just dealt with it. Big mistake. Everything smelled like smoke - All the clothes we had on, everything in the suitcases, backpacks and US. We had to take time out of vacation later to do laundry just to get useable clothes. Never, ever, ever again will I stay in a place like this.

ROACHES!!!! HOLES IN THE WALL, DRUG DEALS ON THE PARKING LOT, WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK OUT, THE LADY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK ON MONDAY. THE DAY AFTER WE WERE TO GO HOME, TO GET A REFUND. WHEN O SAID NO, WE NEED TO FIGURE IT TONIGHT, SHE CALLED THE COPS ON US. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIFIC PLACE. SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON THE SITE.
