Easy walk to the Rays ball stadium. Good breakfast choices. However when we called the front desk to report that our television didn't work we were told to call back after 11 pm and there might then be a staff member available to address our problem.

Avoid!

The first room I was checked into was not cleaned, didn’t have pillows on the bed, and the faucet wouldn’t turn off. I requested a room change and the second room had blood stains all over the floor and a drunk person slammed into my door. They refused a refund so I could leave and therefore I had to pay for two hotels, because I felt disgusted and uncomfortable and absolutely did not save there. I stayed twice as far from the airport in a much better and more affordable hotel to sleep in a clean bed. Unreal that this was $200 for a night.

BEWARE - Disgusting Property

My room, as well as my friends, was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, the furniture is worn and no hot water to shower. I called the service desk several times and no one ever answered but when I went down, the employee was sitting there on his personal phone. I asked for the manager and he said he didn’t have one. Asked for the corporate office number, didn’t have that either. At check out time, still no manager and couldn’t even get a printed receipt. Horrible property!

Dirty Bathroom and Nasty Room

The room was filthy and the comforter had a blood stain on it. The room smelled, and the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in months. The condition of this hotel was less than poor.

Called ahead for an early check in. Was told yes, arrive at the hotel to a rude receptionist for being early. Not enough towels or linens for the pull out sofa. Called down for them, they never arrived. Returning to the room after our event that evening we had to go back to reception to pick up our own towels and linens. Hot tub heat was off on our second day and water was dirty.

Good but not great

The breakfast was good, the check in was good, the main areas of the hotel were okay, our room had some major carpet and bed stains, looked like blood but I don’t know for sure, the worst part was the cleaning staff. Not only did they barge in the room immediately after knocking without waiting but they banged on the door 3 separate times an hour before checkout. I felt it was very rude and gave a “get out now” statement.

The elevator was broken the entire three night stay i had to walk down 4 flights of stairs numerous times a day ending up in a fall in the hot a l lobby causing my knee to be hurt. Noone gas fiĺowed up or reached out nighttime staff rude and lazy

They charged 2 different cards the $660 stay x3 times. Over $2000+ for a 660 stay. Blood on pillows, AC didnt work, no towels, just awful. Manager Karen was the worse and we left on day 2 for a different hotel

I didn’t take any photos but the tv remote didn’t work, no big deal. The AC made a buzzing noise, again, no big deal. The bathroom fan didn’t work, ehhh, kinda need that after a hot shower of which the knob came off in my hand when turned, yeah, kinda need that too. Ice machine on our floor was broken BUT what startled me and my guest was an abrupt and very loud knocking on our door at 12:40am from security doing a check to see who was staying in the room. Okay, now I’m past my limit. Not an overall great experience.

It was a nice hotel, but the beds in the rooms were still dirty, there was hair in the tub and then the main door didn’t seal all the way when shut. The breakfast was also on the smaller side but very good.

The hotel overall was just ok. Definitely needs to be updated. The room smelled like mold. No amount of room spray could fix it. The mattress on the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There is no full size mirror in the rooms which isn’t good if you need to look at your whole outfit. Definitely will be my first and last time staying at this hotel.

The room smelled like mold. There was mold on the window curtains. The floor has sticky spots on it. The cleaning service did not come in to clean, Make the beds or restock the towels for all 4 days of our stay in the hotel. It was only me and my 2 children for the stay. The hallways smelled like garbage and when we walked past a few different rooms we could clearly smell Marijuana and we did not like that at all, especially with both my small children with me. Neighbors were very loud as well as the rooms not having good sound quality. There was quite a bit of banging on the walls. Pool parties lastijg until 1am, it made it quite hard for us to get to sleep with our room facing the middle of the pool. Over all we did not particularly emjoy our stay, we assumed the quality of the hotel and staff would be better. We will not return to this hotel again.

Would not recommend

The first room we were given was so unacceptable that they had to change us to another room. Insects, mold in bathrooms, door hinges so rusted they wouldn’t close. Smell of smoke. The second room wasn’t much better with 3/4 of those things. I feel the place was very falsely advertised. The day staff was doing the best with what they are given but it was just a terrible experience overall.

STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT BED BUGS!!!!!

This was an absolute horror show of a hotel. We had multiple rooms that had bed bugs in them. We had one room where the roof was leaking. The beds were not comfortable, the water pressure was nonexistent. STAY AWAY
