Got off our cruise at 9 am. Was able to check in early and get our room. Rob at the front desk was so helpful. The staff is nice and the location is superb. Breakfast was good. Starbucks on site made it even better. Quiet and clean!

The location of this hotel is EVERYTHING!!! I look the free trolley ride, I like the fact it's near the river. The guest servicer was very friendly & Knowledgeable. The front desk gave me $25 a day to spend at the restaurants downstairs...just a really nice vibe. I love it

The elevators do not hold enough people for as many rooms as there are in the hotel. Had to wait over 20 cars for an elevator. Ended up having to go from the 3rd floor to the 19th floor just to get back to the 1st floor:

Found a needle (not used ) in my first hotel room , they upgraded me to a so called nicer room that the phones didn’t work , tub facet leaked and no room service ever came. Wil not stay again.
