A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! Good looking property, good location that was close to everything. We were only 15 minutes from the port for our cruise. We walked in and everything was clean and tidy and smelled of just cleaned. Well decorated and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Honestly best I’ve had in a stay, hands down. They even had hammocks outside! My only gripe is the toilet… this clearly a modified home to make multiple units and whoever put the toilet was not thinking when they put a wall next to it way to close, you need to be a small person to not feel awkward sitting on it. The shower was amazing!

Easy to find, close to airport, instantly responsive host, lovely back yard, surprisingly quiet for being close to freeway. Small, reasonably priced, perfect, had everything needed for an overnight stay. I will choose this again!

Was disappointed being our first VRBO that listed its property as exceptional. The room had a stale odor to it, many floor tiles were cracked, the power strip had an electrical fire and was burnt prior to our arrival. When I messaged the host there was a message back that the strip would be replaced by the end of the day…… it never was replaced. Low water pressure in the shower. Definitely disappointed and wouldn’t consider this an exceptional property and if it is based on VRBO then we would prefer to do a hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We slept well and felt safe. It is small but works for 1 or 2 people. It was close to the event we were going to so the location worked well for us. It felt more private than a hotel room. The check in and check out process was easy. Communication with owner worked well. One idea/suggestion to improve would be to add a full length mirror. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Room was smaller than it appeared in photos. There were some things that needed to be fixed (like a hole in the wall covered with a photo). There was a 3 sq foot area with a mini fridge and coffee maker, but you couldnt get around the bed to get there. Its a nice little room, just be prepared for very cramped quarters.

I liked the place because it looks exactly like the picture shows but you must change that mattress to a modern foam mattress. It's like 300 on Amazon and also put a LVP over that tile floor. Everything else was great. I like the size of the shower. Great for two people to shower together.

Fantastic!

Process was easy and host was kind. clean place and had everything we needed for a short stay. Also super close to the airport. The ONLY issue was mosquitos, but there’s really no getting around that in rainy Florida weather.
