The staff at this Extended Stay were courteous and professional throughout our visit, and I appreciate their respectful attitude. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The toiletries provided were very basic, and the “continental breakfast” advertised was misleading. What was offered amounted to coffee, hot cocoa, tea bags, pre-packaged muffins, and packets of oatmeal—no fruit, no cereal, no breads, and no pastries beyond the small packaged muffins. This does not meet the standard of a true continental breakfast.
Noise was a constant issue. The guests above us were loud and disruptive at all hours, and despite reporting it to the front desk multiple times, the disturbances continued throughout our stay.
The most unacceptable part of the visit was discovering urine and feces stains—and a strong odor—on the sleeper sofa mattress when we attempted to use it. This is completely unsanitary and inexcusable. We did not use the sleeper at all after seeing its condition.
Because of these issues—the misleading breakfast, unresolved noise problems, and the extremely unsanitary sleeper mattress—I will not be staying at this location again. Extended Stay will not receive my business in the future. I hope management takes these concerns serious.
