This home is clean despite being rough around the edges. Pros: Comfortable bed & pillows, plenty of towels, coffee maker worked (but you may need to bring your own coffee), WiFi was easy, laundry machines worked and didn’t damage clothing, ice was already in the freezer, shower pressure was great with quick hot water, good location IF you have a car, host communicates the basics and leaves you alone.Cons: All of the bedding had been washed with sweet/flowery detergent that was so strong I got a headache the first night. Had to wash the pillowcases, thankfully there was free-and-clear detergent available. Cheapest possible toilet paper. As a queer/nonbinary femme, I did question my safety in the neighborhood upon arrival but there were no issues. The keypad for the lock was fussy but it always worked eventually. Not cozy or cute.Overall I wouldn’t book this place again but for a six night stay, it was a comfortable enough place to crash without breaking the bank.

The property is in a very convenient location and Wilson was very responsive. He even let us check in early when I realized the timing was off between our flight landing, our check-in time, and the timing of some of our plans.There was a bit of traffic throughout the night on the road next to the house, but that wasn't an issue for me since I grew up on a main street in a bigger city.

The location was great for the Tampa Buc game. Easy ride to & from the stadium. Didn't really use all the amenities as we were only there overnight. Everything looked great. Beds were comfy. A bit noisey with traffic on the east wall of the house esp since we forgot our fans to drown out those noises. Ceiling fans would be beneficial. House was clean & festively decorated. Would recommend staying here.

The house itself was nice. The yard should’ve been cut prior to our arrival but wasn’t done at all. Chose this place because I had two small puppies but somehow it wasn’t recognized until after and ended up paying more money for pets(Big Surprise) Was glad I had the funds available since I was there to bury my Mother and had limited funds.

Easy Stay Near Stadiums

Made a quick stop in Tampa to catch a Rays game. This listing was convenient and affordable. Its perfect for someone on a budget and doesn't need a lot of amenities. This property was clean.However, it's older and doesn't feel nice and new. This didn't bother me and my guest, but you should know this.

Clean and close to port

Host let us check in a little early, which was helpful since we were all coming in from different locations. Close to Port of Tampa which is what we needed. Beds were terrible but everything was clean. Television was difficult to understand if you dont have a streaming service. Had to contact the host to assist. Quick response so I appreciated that.

Esta casa tiene toallas y sábanas muy limpias, tiene productos de aseo personal, pero para nosotros lo más importante es el café ☕️ para empezar bien el día, y nunca pudimos tomar café antes de salir, porque esa cafetera estaba bien sucia, había cafe para preparar pero no había azucar ni ningún tipo de creamer. Hay personas indigentes en el área.

Overall it is nice. Nothing fancy but a nice place to call home for a week. My only two complaints are the cleanliness of the pans in the kitchen. Some were stored with a thick layer of grease on them. And the beds aren’t the most comfortable
