Very clean & spacious hotel & room. Beautiful hotel in a quiet area, near many shopping areas, and access to the main road to get where you need to be within minutes. Only reason for the four stars and not the five: when we came for check in- we were standing in the lobby area for around 10-15 minutes before someone eventually showed up to check us in. The agent seemed to be busy in the back- this is okay, but at least have someone available. We had two rooms for check in and a couple was also waiting there as well. All in all- a great experience, AWESOME breakfast, courteous staff, highly recommend for families!

Arrived late evening with no hot water, just luke warm. Next morning water was fully cold. Wanted to call front desk but both phones also broken. Asked other guests at breakfast if they had any hot water and full week guests said it “comes and goes” often! Took freezing cold very quick shower and got going. Front desk said “something is wrong with the water heater affecting just one side of the third floor” today, but more guests confirmed it had been an issue their entire stay on all floors. Avoid!

I was very disappointed to say the least, with the ridiculous increase in the room rates. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and typically pay half the price of what I was charged I doubt very likely I’ll stay again.

After a long day you come to rest at the hotel only to find out the next day the room given to us didn't have a shower curtain and no hot water. When ur coming to rest with kids really made the experience horribly

The room they gave us reaked of smoke, the shower curtain closed half way and the water had absolutely no pressure. It took a long time for the water to heat up. Glad we only stayed less than 2r hours. Would not recommend.

Christopher at the front desk welcomed us with a big smile when we walked in. Our room was ready, even tho we were early. He is friendly and efficient, even took the luggage cart back for me.The room was clean and spacious with good lighting and plenty of outlets. The brekafast staff were friendly and attentive. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, assorted breads, and much more. We would stay here again!
