I think staff members should be trained exclusively on customer service On Saturday morning, I addressed one of the staff members about what time breakfast is served and instead of her responding with the time - she responded with "when it opens" - that's not the time - I was extremely offended by her response and that's not the way you speak to guests who are staying at the establishment.

In town for one night due to have cruise at Port of Tampa. I usually stay at the JW Marriott but decided to try other options. This did not disappoint at all, from the friendly valet service (Rene) to the outstanding customer service from (Jacqueline) the team made me feel welcomed. The room was amazing and spacious! I have found my new home. I will be returning after my cruise. Also, the location is walking distance from all the local spots. Make sure you stay for the delicious free breakfast! So many options and huge spaces to explore.

The shower handled turned to hot, created an extremely loud and rattling noise. Seems like a plumbing issue so I couldn’t enjoy my hot water and the room wasn’t very clean, I had to go behind and clean myself. Other than that the amenities were very nice and the staff was nice. Also Parking is $40 a night

This property is amazing!!! Very clean, great staff great restaurant great everything! Everyone was nice from the valet guys to housekeeping and the restaurant staff and front desk! Everybody was very friendly and polite! I am definitely coming back! Hyatt House is also perfectly located in the heart of downtown! Comfortable Bed too! I’m coming Back for sure!!

Great, central location. Only a 5 minute walk to the trolley that take you up and down franklin for free. A real startbucks is connected to the hotel. The hotel has a great resturant, just a little bit of a wait. Theres also a great sports bar right across the street. Definitely a great recommendation for a first timer in Tampa.
